Information you share

When you request a quote or room preview, we collect your name, email address, phone number, city, flooring preferences, listing link, and project details. If you attach an estimate, this includes your room measurements, included spaces, installation preferences, and preliminary totals. We record your submission time, permissions, and a hashed network address to help prevent abuse.

How we use it

Saint Joseph Supply LLC uses this information to respond to your request, discuss flooring and installation, evaluate requested payment options, and manage your project. A request does not enroll you in a marketing campaign.

Listing photos and previews

Listing links are submitted for review; automatic listing photo import is not available. When room transformations are enabled, uploaded photos and the selected flooring sample are sent to our image-processing provider to create a preview. Our site does not permanently store these photos or results; download any preview you want to keep. Provider retention rules may apply. We keep a hashed network address and request time for up to two days to limit misuse. Submit only information and photos that you own or have permission to use. Any flooring preview is illustrative; confirm color, pattern, and dimensions with physical samples.

Storage and service providers

Our website and inquiry storage use hosting service providers, including Cloudflare and OpenAI’s Sites service. Authorized providers may process information to operate the website. We do not sell your inquiry information. Please do not submit bank details, identification documents, or other sensitive financial information through the quote form.

Your choices

To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, use our contact form. We may need to retain project records for contractual or legal obligations.
